Privacy Policy for ADLSUltra

How we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use the ADLSUltra mobile app.

Effective October 14, 2026 Last updated October 14, 2026 English (US)

1. Overview TL;DR

This Privacy Policy describes the information practices for ADLSUltra (the "App," "Service," or "Application"), provided by ADLSUltra ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies to your use of the App on any mobile device.

By downloading, installing, or using ADLSUltra, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Bottom line. We collect only the information needed to run and improve ADLSUltra. We do not sell your personal information. You can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the App.
Not legal advice. This document is provided for general informational purposes. Privacy laws vary by jurisdiction. If you operate in regulated markets, consult a qualified attorney.

2. Information we collect

We group the information we collect into two categories. Whether we collect a given item depends on which features you use and which permissions you grant.

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, username, password, and profile details if you create an account.
  • User content: anything you enter, upload, save, or otherwise submit through the App.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and any information you send to us.
  • Transaction information: purchase history and related records processed through the app store or a third-party payment provider.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Customize this list. The table above is a baseline. Remove any row that does not apply and add any data type you actually collect — especially precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, health, or payment data. Your policy must match your App's runtime permissions.

3. Permissions and mobile sensors

ADLSUltra may request access to device features to provide its functionality. You can manage every permission in your device settings. Denying a permission may limit the related feature.

NotificationsLocal alerts and optional remote messages.
Off by default
Network accessRequired to deliver App content and services.
Always used
Approximate locationCity or region only, for relevant content.
Only if feature used
Storage / filesTo save and read files you choose to open.
Only if feature used

Other permissions, such as precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, or health data, are requested only when the feature that needs them is invoked. We display a prominent, in-App explanation at that moment and ask for your affirmative choice.

You may revoke any permission at any time in your device settings. See Section 8 for the effects of opting out.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Provide the Service. Create and manage accounts, deliver content, process transactions, and operate core features.
  • Improve and personalize. Understand usage, fix bugs, test new features, and tailor the experience to your device and preferences.
  • Communicate. Send service-related notices, respond to your requests, and — only if you opt in — product updates and promotional messages.
  • Promote safety and security. Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
  • Comply with law. Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

We do not use your data for purposes that are materially different from those described here without first updating this Policy and, where required, obtaining your consent.

5. Analytics and third-party services

ADLSUltra uses a small number of third-party services to operate and improve. Each of these providers acts under our instructions and handles data according to its own privacy policy.

ServiceWhat it doesPrivacy notice
Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebasecrash reporting, analytics, performancefirebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Play servicesapp distribution, in-app billing, ads IDpolicies.google.com/privacy
Apple servicesApp Store, in-app purchase, push routingapple.com/legal/privacy

If you replace or add providers — advertising networks, payment processors, authentication SDKs, customer support tools, or others — list them here with a working link to their privacy policy. This is the single most common reason privacy policies are rejected by app stores.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not rent or sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors and contractors who process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, payment, customer support, and crash-reporting providers. They are bound to use your information only as we direct and not for their independent purposes.
  • Legal requirements. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ADLSUltra, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the succeeding entity. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different policy.
  • With your consent. Any other sharing occurs only with your explicit permission.

7. Sale and sharing of personal information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), "sharing" includes using personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, the right to opt out under Section 1798.120 of the CCPA does not apply, and no separate "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is required.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA, GDPR, or other local privacy frameworks. We make the following options available to everyone.

Stopping all collection

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling ADLSUltra using your device's standard uninstall process. Some residual information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period before being deleted.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. You will not be denied service, charged a different price, or provided a different level of quality because you chose to access, delete, or correct your information.

Identity verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and, where permitted, may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or impossible to honor.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit, access controls, secure authentication, and regular review of our practices.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk.

10. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide ADLSUltra, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

  • Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Usage and analytics data is generally retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form.
  • Support communications are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for record-keeping.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where retention is required by law (for example, for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes).

11. International data transfers

ADLSUltra may be operated from, and process information in, countries other than the one in which you reside. When we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms, and require our service providers to do the same.

12. Children's privacy

ADLSUltra is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can take appropriate action.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email.

Your continued use of ADLSUltra after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
